This breath work can be done either sitting or lying down. Please ensure you are somewhere comfortable for the duration.
A little more on the conscious connected breath:
The conscious connected breath is a powerful breathwork pattern intended to engage and release any sensations and/or stuck energies and emotions held in the body. It's "conscious" because you will be encouraged to actively engage with the breath (instead of observing it as you would in meditation). It's "connected" because the inhales and exhales flow into one another in a circular rhythm.
PLEASE NOTE: Breathwork is not a medical practice and Eliza is not medically trained. If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with me. The breath style I use is not advised for conditions such as: bi-polar, schizophrenia, cardiovascular disease, acute heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina, diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, or delicate pregnancy and first trimester (first three months) of pregnancy. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to breathing with me.
If you do have any of the above conditions, please let me know. There are other breath patterns that may be more suitable for you that we can use in session instead

As a breathworker, she supports groups back to their most abundant healing resource: the breath. She combines her extensive knowledge in psychology, mind-body medicine, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support her client's journey back to Self. Her gentle yet affirming guidance creates a safe container to release the old and step into the new.
