INDIVIDUAL SESSION
Reiki is an alternative form of medicine that channels the universal energy flowing through the world. It is a complementary therapy to help with illness and recovery, as well as emotional trauma, depression, anxiety.
GROUP ENERGY SESSION
I will sit in deep meditation 20 mins. prior to our start time. I will be connecting to each persons spirit/energy guides. Each person will have their own individual clearing, although we will be working together. Please ensure you have water and cozy safe place.

I have been so inspired by the energy healing work I have been a part of lately that I knew it was the time to create a space for us.

We will come together for 14 weeks beginning the focus at our root chakra and doing 2 weeks of energy healings focused on each chakra.
​
We will do 25 minute energy healing and you will be provided with journal prompts/affirmations to support you for this specific area of focus.
​
You will be given 7 meditations to do privately throughout the weeks as well.
