Often we forget what our own souls need because we are taking care of all of those around us.
Bliss Space allows you the time, the community and commitment to this love, voice and inner knowing. I often hear in workshops, training as well as in 1:1 sessions how clients want to be seen and want to have a place to share their ideas and thoughts with others who feel the same.

I am a reiki master as well as an Early Childhood Educator with my degree in Child and Youth Care.
I have spent 25 years working with children and families and the last 7 years diving deeper into energy work. I see the rich relevance of this for children.
Why is it so important to bring this into our young children's lives?

Research shows that practicing mindfulness can improve attention spans for just about anyone

Helps children learn how to pause in all types of situations and respond in a thoughtful way rather than just reacting. This skill is especially helpful when they are faced with challenges or encounter struggles with peers

Children who use mindfulness also develop a better understanding of how their brains work. They may even develop a sense of curiosity about why they feel the way they feel

Teaching children mindfulness can impact their cognitive skills, particularly the executive functions performed by the brain. ​
I have developed a 7 week MINDFUL program which incorporates child friendly mediations made by me, movement, simple tools and strategies for children to stay connected to this rich energy they have within.
Each week focuses on one of our 7 energy chakras as a theme. They will have access to meditations at home, be given materials to use with parents, and more.
