Ignite and Reclaim what has been locked within with Breathwork and Energy Healing"

Join us for 6 x 90 minute breathwork & energy healing ceremonies.  All ceremonies will begin with an opening intention, creation of safe space for community, meditation to come to soul awareness, a full breathwork journey set to inspired music as well as time for writing and reflection at the end with the group.  We will offer monthly journaling nights and an online community forum space to support you in creating a deeper practice,  allowing all this deep work to integrate.

MONTHLY THEMES

 

Reclaiming ourselves means we must have access to our emotional and energetic boundaries with ourselves and others. Each month, we will be exploring different topics around boundaries that support us in our reclamation of Self, including:

MONTH ONE
Boundaries within the Physical Self

We will explore what energetic boundaries feel like within the body. We’ll find where our personal “edge” is, and practice staying contained within that edge to protect ourselves from overwhelm and promote steady, sustainable healing and growth 

MONTH TWO

Emotional Boundaries 

We will process old emotional wounds that are keeping us stuck in patterns of just going through the motions so that we can fully engage and show up for ourselves and others in the way we want to 

MONTH THREE

Energetic Boundaries 

We will learn how to put up energetic boundaries so that the “energy vampires” in our lives can no longer penetrate our sense of well-being

  • A quiet room where you won't be disturbed

  • Blanket or warm clothes in case you get cold

  • An eye mask (if you would like)

  • Headphones (to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Cordless ones like airpods are best)

  • Pillows to make yourself comfortable

  • Journal and pen

  • A relatively empty stomach

  • An open mind with no expectations

  • An updated version of Zoom

HOW TO PREPARE

This breath work can be done either sitting or lying down. Please ensure you are somewhere comfortable for the duration.

 

A little more on the conscious connected breath: 

The conscious connected breath is a powerful breathwork pattern intended to engage and release any sensations and/or stuck energies and emotions held in the body. It's "conscious" because you will be encouraged to actively engage with the breath (instead of observing it as you would in meditation). It's "connected" because the inhales and exhales flow into one another in a circular rhythm. 

A little more on energy healing:

Energy healing is a holistic practice that involves the channeling of the subtle energy that flows through and around the human body. The concept behind energy healing is rooted in various traditional and alternative medicine systems which recognize the existence of an energetic life force or vital energy. This life force is known by different names in different cultures, such as Qi in traditional Chinese medicine, Prana in Ayurveda, and life force energy in various other spiritual and healing traditions.  The goal of energy healing is to balance and harmonize the energy flow within the body. Practitioners use various techniques to remove energy blockages, stimulate energy flow, and restore equilibrium. Cindy will connect with your energy guides/spirit guides to support with this healing journey.

The breath style I use is not advised for conditions such as: bi-polar, schizophrenia, cardiovascular disease, acute heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina, diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, or delicate pregnancy and first trimester (first three months) of pregnancy. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to breathing with me.

If you do have any of the above conditions, please let me know. There are other breath patterns that may be more suitable for you that we can use in session instead

She combines her extensive knowledge in psychology, mind-body medicine, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support her client's journey back to Self. Her gentle yet affirming guidance creates a safe container to release the old and step into the new.
