Usui Reiki Certification – Levels 1 & 2 Training Overview: Each level includes one full day (7 hours) of in-person training. A 3-week integration period between Level 1 and Level 2 allows space for reflection, practice, and grounding before moving into deeper tools and techniques. Level 1 – Foundations of Reiki Duration: 1 Day (7 Hours) Focus: Grounding, self-healing, and energy awareness You’ll explore: Opening practices: Grounding, group connection, and setting personal intentions The history and lineage of Usui Reiki Understanding Universal Life Force Energy and intuitive awareness Grounding and energy protection techniques Reiki Level 1 attunement Hands-on learning: Self-Reiki, seated Reiki for others, and giving/receiving a full 60-minute session Starting a home practice: How to integrate Reiki into daily life and share it informally Outcome: You’ll be attuned to Reiki energy, understand its foundations, and feel confident practicing on yourself and others in informal settings. Level 2 – Deepening Your Practice Held 3 weeks after Level 1 Duration: 1 Day (7 Hours) Focus: Reiki symbols, distance healing, space clearing, and vibrational tools You’ll learn: Introduction and attunement to Level 2 Reiki symbols How to use symbols to deepen healing sessions Distance healing techniques using intention and connection Energetic space clearing for homes and environments Enhancing intuition and sensitivity Partner practices and group support Integrating ritual and intention into your sessions Ongoing community connection through the monthly BLISS Energy Group Outcome: You’ll be equipped to offer Reiki professionally or at a deeper level, using symbols, distance healing, and space clearing techniques.
