Our Breathwork Energy healing class is designed to provide a brave space for you to connect within and reach for soulFUL understanding of self. Through this practice, you will learn how to tap into your energy, gain clarity and open up to new opportunities. This class will help you to create a deeper connection with yourself and expand your awareness. This is a 75 minute journey where you can feel connected to a group and guided by professionals, yet you are safe in your own space.
