Ignite and Reclaim what has been locked within with Breathwork and Energy Healing

It's been one year and it's been layered.  A year ago, I thought the phone call confirming I was "healed" meant this cancer process was complete, little did I know I was just beginning.  This week I asked myself what do I really want to do to honour the year...the two words that came up:  breathing and energy.    This circle is how I want to mark the year: not alone and not in silence but breathing with many of the people who have been the helping hands to get me to here- wherever they are are logging in from.  Help to me comes in many forms and I see it ALL.  I am so grateful that Eliza Butler said yes to sharing this gift for our communities.

What we will do together:

Nothing to prepare, nothing to get right.  Just come as you are and let the breath do what it knows how to do.  You can be in the comfort of your own space.

1. Arrive and Settle.

We will arrive together on zoom, get grounded and set our intention for the hour both individually and as a group. Eliza will go through the process of breathwork with everyone.  I will explain energy healing.

2. Guided Breathwork will be conducted 

​

3.  Group Energy Healing will be sent, connected and deep- proof that distance is never real distance

​

4.  Integration and Closing.

Space for integration and to notice and a closing circle to allow time.
