This information applies to anyone who has accessed this website or is a current or past client of Blissful Intutitive. The relevance of the information found herein will vary, depending on whether or not you are receiving our services.

In Sessions

 

Your personal information provided during booking may be used by Blissful Intuitive to provide services or information to you, to respond to phone calls, emails or provide resources to complement your sessions, to arrange and conduct virtual sessions, and to manage you appointment times.

Any information you choose to share about your personal situation past or present, either in a session or while organizing a session, for the purpose of providing guidance to you, is kept private and confidential.

Disclosure of Personal Information

 

Your identity, attendance and all personal information communicated by you is strictly confidential, with the following exceptions:

  • You have expressed the desire to harm yourself or someone else

  • In situations of suspected or known child abuse/neglect or suspected elder abuse or neglect, reporting is required by law

  • Should Cindy Ryan be subpoenaed by the court

  • Should Cindy Ryan be required to retain the services of a collection agency or seek legal counsel

  • Should Cindy Ryan need to retain the services of a bookkeeper who handles copies of receipts

  • Should public health officials require the disclosure of names of people with whom Cindy Ryan has had recent contact, should Cindy become ill.

Blissful Intuitive will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your express written and signed consent. We cannot respond to requests from concerned family members or friends about your sessions; please talk to your loved one directly. This also applies to family members or friends who are paying for the your sessions.

What information do we collect?

Personal information may be collected from you in various ways, for example:

 

1. Anonymous information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (these are information about your browser, your IP address, your general location as determined from your IP address and provided by your browser, the site from which you come, and the links followed when leaving our site). This information is also collected through cookies.

 

2. When you conduct activities on our site (for example, when you purchase a service we record what you purchased etc.) we will need to collect your name and contact details, details of your product order, and other information transferred to us, including your address.

 

3. When you register and voluntarily provide information in response to questionnaires or download forms, or to register for newsletters or start or contribute to petitions. (this includes your name, email address, and any other details asked for and which you provide)

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

The internet is not a secure medium. However we take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us, and our database is hosted in a secure data centre. Whilst we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

We may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page. If the change in our privacy policy affects the use of your personal information we will use our best endeavours to contact you by email to seek your consent to the use.  Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
