Now six seasons in, Girl Out There is a podcast built on the belief that real life: the messy, sacred, heartbreaking, hilarious, in-between parts of it because it is worth talking about out loud. I'm Cindy. I'm a spiritual guide, a Reiki master, a certified divorce coach, and a single mom. I recently faced cancer and came out the other side with a very different understanding of what it means to be alive. I guide people through beginnings, endings, and everything in between; officiating ceremonies for births, unions, sacred milestones, and end of life. I hold divorce not as a horrific ending but as something that, when moved through gently and with support, can be an act of love and grace for everyone involved. I call myself a flashlight, not a guru. I don't have the map. I just help you see what's already in front of you. On this show, I bring that same presence to every conversation. My guests aren't here to be experts, they're here to be human. We talk about healing, love, intuition, loss, mediumship, dating, divorce, spirituality, and the everyday moments that quietly change us. No spiritual bypassing. No tidy conclusions. No performance.
